Coach Jaque is the Head Weightlifting Coach for Ong Weightlifting and Crossfit Bonnie and Clyde. Ong Weightlifting Club athletes have celebrated success from individual to international platforms including but not limited to: World Master Champions, Masters National Champions, 2020 American Masters Women's Team Champions &  3rd place overall in Women’s Team 2020 Masters Nationals Championship.  Multiple 1st - 3rd place Team Awards at local competitions from 2016 to current.

In addition to lifting, Jaque Ong has enjoyed a ten-year career in the United States Army and earned 2 combat patches for deployments to Iraq. In her free time she enjoys fishing and tending to her garden, chickens, 2 dogs, and 1 turtle.
